A new version of PlatTracker is ready.

If you are APPLICANT, the New PlatTracker Portal is where you can create and submit or view applications and pay the fees. We suggest adding the new PlatTracker Portal URL (https://plattracker.powerappsportals.us) to your browser’s favorites/bookmarks.
If you are an existing applicant, you can sign in with your existing username and password.
If you are a new applicant, you can register your organization after accessing the new PlatTracker Portal.

If you are a CoH PLANNER or AGENCY REVIEWER, you must have received an email from 'planningdepartment@houstontx.gov' with subject line 'New PlatTracker link' around 6 AM on Monday, 04/14/2025. The email has instructions on how to access the new PlatTracker Dynamics 365. If you haven't receive the email, check you spam folder before contacting City of Houston Planning & Development Department POD line at plattrackeradmin@houstontx.gov.
